The Meaning Behind E.A.G.
Our name isn’t just a brand — it’s a family story.
E.A.G. stands for Erin, Adilyn, and Grady, the family behind the company and the inspiration for everything we do.
The name was born from a moment every parent can relate to. While cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles (“Go Birds!”), CEO and Founder George Ennis would chant “E-A-G-L-E-S!” every game day. His daughter Adilyn tried to join in but never made it past the first three letters: E-A-G. That moment sparked the identity of our agency and the values we stand for.
The Palm Tree Symbol
Our twin palm tree logo carries its own meaning. Yes, it nods to George’s years living in Florida and California but more importantly, it represents his twin children, the “palms” in our logo.
The palm tree symbolizes everything we bring to our partnerships: stability, resilience, adaptability, growth, and long-term strength.
